HOW TO INTEGRATE AFTER YOUR SESSION

You just had your session. A lot of information and insights came to you. Now is the time for reflection, processing, and integration. Read the following tips to help you with this.

Drink lots of water.

As you received this information from your regression, it’s best to get things flowing inside. Water will help you get grounded and come back to the 3D world.

Eat fresh food.

Nurture your system by eating healthy, grounding foods. Alive foods like fruits and vegetables are recommended. Also, adequately prepared grains are good for grounding, too.

Have space for your mind.

If you can stay away from social media, don’t watch TV, don’t get online, and limit your phone use. Your mind is packed, and it’s best to have more space to process all the information. 

Connect with nature

Instead of looking at your devices, walk and ground yourself. Earthing is important. What is earthing? It’s taking off your shoes and connecting with your skin to earth. If you don’t like walking, you can go to the beach and lie on the sand.

Take a rest

Going to sleep after the session is not recommended, but you must rest. Try to meet with only a few people and keep your session private. This might be challenging in the era where everyone shares everything but try it. After everything settles, you will have enough time for that.

Journal

Writing down your experience can be therapeutic. That will help with the integration and allow your intuition to speak through in more detail. Using your hand to write with a pen on paper can bring a lot of intuitive messages. Your hand and arm are directly connected with your heart center, and the time it takes to write manually is the perfect time for your intuition to give you more insights.

Pay Attention

Just because the session is over doesn’t mean that the door to your higher self is closed. For the next three days, you will still be very receptive. Create space for it. Pay attention to your dreams. You will have more ideas and insights. Write them down right away. 

Please don’t allow it to be managed by your mind.

It is common for your mind to start doubting the information you have received. Many people come out of it. The session and their mind will start questioning and doubting everything they have received during the session. The reason is that the mind always wants to be in charge. It wants to believe that it is the only source of wisdom. It wants to be in control. It will start questioning it as soon as it gets information from a different source, like the higher self. This is common, so don’t worry about it.

Listen to Your Audio Recording

Listen to your recording. It will give you a sense that you can trust your higher self. Some people like to listen to their recordings in the same week, and some need more time to pass by to do it. Do what feels right to you, but listen to your recording. There will be much information you didn’t notice during your session. You will re-connect with your higher self and its messages every time you listen to your recording. 

Be Grateful

Now that the session is over, your ego and mind will be back. They will try to convince you that the session could have been more successful. That you made it up. That the healing was too good to be true. Being grateful is an easy way to overwrite our negative thoughts and ego. Gratitude to your higher self that you were able to have that session can do wonders.
