HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

You just booked an appointment to have a session. Now is the time to get prepared for it. Read the following tips to help you with this.

Questions

If you are having a QHHT session, the most crucial part of the session is to prepare a list of questions you would like your higher self to answer and bring them to your session. They need to be typed or neatly written. Here is a sample list of questions. 

Breakfast

It would be best if you ate breakfast. Have a nutritious breakfast before you come to ensure you are ready.

Caffeine

On the day of your session, please limit your caffeine. You will be going into a deep state of relaxation, and caffeine is no friend. You can skip it for the day or have a little bit early in the morning.

Drugs and Alcohol

Do not drink any alcohol or take any recreational drugs the night before the session. They might obstruct and interfere with the session. Also, do not take any pills to relax you. All of those may jeopardize the session.

Intention

Your intention before the session matters. Energy goes where we tell it to go. That way, we can prepare for our future experiences. The easiest way to set your intention is to write it down. Clear intention can make all the difference for a successful session.

Calm your mind

Meditation helps to calm your mind. If it's in your practice, please meditate in the morning before the session or the night before. If meditation is not something that you do, make some time for yourself by yourself. Go for a walk or relax in a quiet place without distractions.

No Junk

Eating clean and healthy for a couple of days before the session is essential. It’s also important to be mindful of what you watch or read. That will affect your frequency. The cleaner your mind and body are, the easier it will be for you to connect with the realm within yourself.

Clothes

Wear comfortable, light, loose clothes that won’t constrict the circulation of your blood. You can also bring clothes to change into before and after your session.

Snacks

Many people feel lightheaded after the session. Eating right after the session is crucial because it will help you ground and return to this world. 

Expectations

Each regression is unique. It’s best not to have any expectations. They can limit the possibilities of what might happen in the regression. It’s best to approach the session with an open mind and curiosity. Your higher self will show you precisely what you need to know. 

Afterward

After your session, it’s best to have no appointments or meetings. You might have many things to process, so it will be beneficial for you to have space and time for that.
